3 Critical dips before Bangladeshi Infopreneurs

Risk is good. Fear is bad. Every entrepreneur in this world consciously or subconsciously knows this truth. Entrepreneurs are not born .They are the creation of time and place. Bangladesh has seen a great entrepreneur like Dr. Mohammed Yunus as consequence of relentless poverty prevailing in the then Bangladeshi societies. The concepts of Grameen Bank,Brac and other NGOs working for the people are obsolete now .They have now understood that their conceptual foundation is no more strong like before. As a result, they are bound to diversify their portfolio. They are investing in business channels coming out of the boundary of micro credit schemes.

What momentum are they missing? They are lagging behind to catch up with the spirit of the age. In agricultural age, people made money by making agricultural tools. In industrial period, people made money by making machines for industries. In information age, people are making obscene amount of money selling ideas. So what? Let them decide.

Have you ever wondered when the price of fuel rises what is the reaction of people? If you have the eyes of a king fisher to scan the water bodies with mathematical precision, you have already seen but some of you like me do not have any idea..For them I am leaking these golden nuggets. When the fuel price increases a particular section of society becomes very happy because they are going to make some dough. For example, Amazon and Ebay made hundreds of billions exploiting the nontraditional loopholes of American society. Have you ever wondered how to avoid traffic jam and get the best deals without going to market physically? Yes. This is where ecommerce pops up. Let us look at face book. It is one of the highly used websites in Bangladesh. How much does face book get from Bangladesh ?Why is it giving the service free? Have you ever wondered? If you have the big eyes of an elephant, you have seen already. Around 62 lac people use facebook in Bangladesh, if face book gets at least $1 revenue from sponsored ads from one active user every month, it gets 62 lac USD per month. Hence, they get more than 74 million dollars of passive revenue per year. How much tax did Government get from this? I am sure Tax department has never heard this kind of cock and bull story. Believe it or not, face book is a billion dollar industry..

What about our entrepreneurs? Bangladesh is a poor country. It is slowly developing. Most of its resources are unused. It is not ready for this information revolution. Even the scholars of America  agree that they are not prepared to face this revolution but they are facing it to respond the call of time. Our future entrepreneurs will walk on the same path. However, our course must be different..Our path is not smooth . We have some critical dips before us. I am enumerating some of them.

First of all our culture is not friendly for entrepreneurs. Our graduates run after BCS and Bank .They spend all of their energy to secure a job ; even they bribe to secure a position. Now guess what? If they would use the same seriousness to set the course of their entrepreneurial journey ,where would Bangladesh be now? Our education system is not based on reality. It is based on illusion..It is designed to make some slaves for industries .As education directly influences career, our country will not see positive changes until our education system changes.

Secondly, Interest rate is very high. The interest rate for entrepreneurs’ should be below 5%.Why? In a legitimate business, one cannot expect more than 20% profit for a long time .If interest rate is 20% and above..What is the reward for entrepreneurial risk? Again Bangladesh needs a few decades to change this course of action. It will happen when more than 50% of the bank will be bankrupt or decision makers learn how to make realistic decisions coming out of the box. So it will take time..

Thirdly, Internet based business (in future every business will be based on internet) requires a different kind of exchange system. Bangladesh Bank is rigid not to embrace this new challenge..Because of rigid policy, we cannot access the globe as a predator, we have remained prey. We have remained consumers not producers. We immediately need bank account verification facilities to safeguard national property.

Then, special attention should be given to new generation unemployed people..When students pass HSC, Govt. has to target them as future prospects for entrepreneurial journey..Investment should be made based on reward and risk. Govt. has to ensure the right education for the right prospects to ensure the best results. Internet is full of scams. Our entrepreneurs must be aware of these scammers. They should only focus on quality. It is like inbound marketing. If you have fresh water, thirsty birds will come to discover your presence. So is the case in internet based businesses. You must provide the highest of quality possible. More than 2 billion people come online every day. Internet is not going anywhere . Real business is possible online but we must overcome the dips before us to make our first 100 billion per annum!

Future of blogging in Bangladesh..

Every day when I wake up,I have two questions before me..First one..When am I going to stop tire kicking? Question two: When will I make my online real estate to beat the dips before me?.I stopped tire kicking and I am on the way of winning over all the dips within next few years. What is tire kicking..? doing a job..Yeah. I did a job in one of Asias reputed RMG company for 3 months. I worked for a Chines company for 6 months .. So I have got 9 months of experience..I think it is more than 90 years of experience.. At the age of 29 I understood that our education system is intended to build some tire kickers. Our talented graduates wastes year after year for passing BCS,or securing a job in a bank..If they are unsuccessful in these two fields, they go to other sectors.I neither like bank nor BCS..I do not believe in mediocrity..Mediocrity is a recipe for disaster..My education has taught me how to stay away from the crowd.. I am far away from the crowd..My education taught me BCS and Bank is not life..Becoming a doctor, engineer should not be the end-goal.. Every year more than 2 lac people sit for BCS. It is just waste of resources money and energy..Govt. can provide 3k jobs ..197k wait for the next year..The dip before them is very big because their goal is very small..Our education system has made BCS as a symbol of success which is based on some weird oriental concepts of serving the lords.. Now I can understand why God has sent me in this age.I was not sent in middle age because internet was not there..I am going to ulilize the potential of this medium to make my own online empire not to become a freelance blogger.. I love to call myself a spirited entrepreneur..not a tire kicker spammer freelance writer..

How will idea change the future civilizations?

I do not want to make any bold prediction for future. Future is a country which we have not yet travelled. Tomorroe is future.Day after tomorrow is future. The idea of future is only an idea. The importance of idea in the near future lies in its consumer index. In human history, this generation is investing big for ideas. Ideas have become products. Many emerging industry related to spreading ideas are making millions. Connecting machines will reduce the necessity of utility of place. Ideas will dominate this century than anything else predominantly..So we must churn out ideas like milk..We will make idea butter to eat idea toast..

The idea does not have to be big,it has to be yours..

Now we are moving to a world where idea is going to be the product. Idea industry is surpassing all previous records of history. The education system was built across the globe to create some obedient executives. Now time has changed.People are becoming more conscious than ever about their identity as a human being. In the industrial and post industrial periods people forgot their own identity as  humans. The industrial revolutions are now going to be over. No industry is now stable. Only idea. Idea matters today. Idea will matter tomorrow. Idea mattered in agricultural, industrial and post industrial ages..At last human  beings will learn that they are thinking beings...

Time to think out of the box for Bangladesh

Many men many minds.
Many minds end up in producing many thoughts .
Many thoughts can be accumulated to make a bigger thought..
What is your aim in life?
Some say they want to be rich.
Some say they want to be  good human being.
What if they become good rich human beings..
I like to think like this..
Our country is now bombarded with ideas and opinions..
Opinion comes from propaganda which is the raw material of power..
But gone are the days..
Here is little scope for medieval power exchange system..
Better is to adopt a new formula ..It is time to unite the nation in one spirit.
It is time to build the nation .
It is time to shake off the meanness..
It is time to develop national creative energy..and
It is time to  innovate for bigger share in globalization
Let us look ahead..
Lets think out of the box....

Where are we moving ?

Bangladesh is moving towards an unprecedented social and economic change. The history of its past performance shows that it is no longer tolerant to embrace traditional approaches to social and economic fine tuning. Politicians are in serious problems and failing everyday to figure out a solution to this emerging problem.Social reformers are applying wrong medicine to the social diseases. Religious leaders are ousted by the overwhelming evolution of ideas. Slowly we are moving towards the new economy of creativity. This is awesome. We are learning how to embrace the changes..Change for the better is inevitable..We are very hopeful that we are in the beginning of this dramatic social change....
